Kindness, help & advice from all staff.
Heating was off & it was cold at night but was given extra blankets. Had an ex GP. I think you are all a great credit to the NHS.

The "bing bonging" of machines was a bit of a nuisance. How much this is an occupational hazard not sure? (Negative) My care was of high quality and I am grateful to all those who showed care, a degree of compassion and considerateness.

The nursing staff were extremely good and very understanding. However:
On Tuesday 1st Jan evening meal was served on paper plates, quiche was frozen, pasta overcooked & salad was limp & unedible by all patients on the bay at that time.

More staff. The care in this was good considering the lack of staff. From housekeeping to Dr. Also the wait for Meds is stupid. 8hr +
